Each competition shows the prize, ticket price, total tickets, and how many are left.
Add tickets to your cart and checkout. Pay with card or site credit.
After checkout, your tickets are revealed for instant wins — some tickets have bonus prizes!
When all tickets sell out (or the timer ends), a winner is drawn live.
Didn't win? Every order enters you into the Weekly Order Draw for bonus prizes!

Getting Started with Clans:
Browse clans on the Clans page or create your own (free!).
Each clan has a unique name and 5-character tag (e.g. [BELLA]).
Clans can be Open (join freely), Apply (request to join), or Invite Only.
Once in a clan, you contribute to clan XP and earn a passive XP boost (up to 10% at level 11).

Clan Wars:
Clan Wars run on weekends — any purchases during a war earn points for your clan.
War Score = spending + (tickets x 2). Clan store boosters can multiply your score!
Top 3 clans split the prize pool: 1st gets 60%, 2nd gets 25%, 3rd gets 15%.
Your individual contribution is tracked — climb the member leaderboard!

Prize Scaling affects free game credit rewards (streaks, quests, mini-games). Competition prizes are NOT affected by VIP scaling. Bronze VIP receives 10% of listed reward values, scaling up to 40% at Diamond.
Wallet, Credit & Cash
Your wallet has two balances:
💵 Cash Balance
Real money you can withdraw to your bank account. Earned from jackpots, competition wins, and cash prizes. Minimum withdrawal: £20.
🎫 Credit Balance
Site credit used to buy tickets and play games. Earned from daily games, streaks, quests, and achievements. Cannot be withdrawn.
All game rewards (slots, high-low, streak, quests) are paid as site credit. Competition main draw prizes can be cash or physical items.
Refer a Friend
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up and make their first purchase (minimum £5), you both earn rewards!

Streak Shields
Streak Shields protect your streak from breaking if you miss a day. When your streak would reset, a shield is automatically used to save it.
Buy a shield for £1 from the streak page, or earn free shields from VIP rewards and achievements.
If you miss a day, the shield activates automatically — no action needed.
The oldest shield is used first (FIFO). Purchased shields never expire.
Diamond VIP members get 2 free shields per month!
Weekly Order Draw
Every order you place enters you into the Weekly Order Draw! Winners are drawn every Sunday with prizes based on the week's activity.
Place any order during the week to be automatically entered.
More orders = more entries in the draw (each order counts).

What happens if I miss a day on my streak?
If you have a Streak Shield, it's used automatically to protect your streak. Without a shield, your streak resets to 0.
How do I get more free spins/plays?
Free plays reset at midnight every day. You get 3 free slots spins, 2 free High-Low games, 1 free scratch card, and 1 free wheel spin per day.
How do instant wins work on competitions?
